You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on final sale items, personalized products, or opened hygiene items.

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack your items securely and ship them back using the provided label.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
